The cold storage installation process involves numerous technical skills. Mastering these techniques not only saves time and effort, but also ensures a beautiful and functional cold storage. These cold storage installation techniques include cold storage panel installation, cold storage door installation, and refrigeration equipment installation.
Cold storage panel installation tips: First, the installation sequence must be correct, as reversing the order will make proper installation difficult. The cold storage panel installation sequence should follow this principle: If the cold storage has a floor, first install the cold storage base panel, then the side wall panels, rear wall panels, and front wall panels, and finally the cold storage roof panel. Cold storage door manufacturers typically assign a numbered sequence during installation, so it’s best not to disrupt this sequence. Follow this sequence, tightening the buckles at the convex and concave joints of each panel individually. This should be done effortlessly and naturally. After the cold storage structure is complete, seal the joints between each panel with a special sealant for cold storage.
Cold storage door installation tips: The first thing to pay special attention to when installing a cold storage door is the door frame’s balance. Many small cold storage engineering companies fail to pay attention to the door frame’s balance when installing the cold storage door. After installation, they discover that the cold storage door is tilted, either inward or outward. This tilt directly affects the cold storage’s insulation.
Specific steps:
1. Leave the vertical ridges on the left and right door frames at the same height as the door’s upper frame.
1. Use a leveling mechanism to balance the door frame and secure it.
2. Push the cold storage door’s upper frame upwards into position.
3. For the partition wall’s door’s upper frame, push it upwards into position.
2. Install the heating wire and door frame strip.
1. Attach the aluminum foil tape around the door frame. Rivet the door frame strip to the door frame. Route the heating wire around the cold storage door opening, 25mm outside the opening. Cover the heating wire.
3. Install the revolving door.
1. Place the installation template (MB1 for the left hinge installation template and MB2 for the right hinge installation template).
2. Pre-assemble the hinge and door lock screw holes on the door panel. Drill and tap M6 holes in the left and right door frames according to the positioning holes on the template.
