Refrigeration unit is an important part of cold storage. The quality of refrigeration unit directly affects whether the temperature in the cold storage can reach and maintain the preset temperature and whether the temperature is constant.
There are many types of refrigeration units. Many large low-temperature cold storage refrigeration units prefer to use screw parallel units. What are the advantages?
1. The quality is very stable and the noise is low compared with other similar products.
2. High operability. Even if any refrigeration compressor fails, it will not affect the operation of the entire refrigeration system.
3. There are many combinations of cooling capacity. The purchase volume or ambient temperature fluctuations of large low-temperature cold storages are sometimes large, and screw parallel units can obtain a better cooling capacity ratio.
4. The minimum operating load of a single compressor in the unit is 25%, and it can be 50%, 75%, and energy regulation. It can match the cooling capacity required in the current operation to the greatest extent, which is more efficient and energy-saving.
5. The compressor has a simple and compact structure, high compression strength, and high cooling efficiency.
6. Parallel pipes and valves are set up between two relatively independent systems. When the equipment components of the refrigeration unit and the condenser fail, the other system can maintain its basic operation.
7. The unit controls the PLC electronic control and display functions.
The screw parallel unit is better with the evaporative condenser because it can obtain a lower condensing temperature, effectively improve the refrigeration efficiency, and the refrigeration capacity can be increased by about 25% compared with the air-cooled condenser; and the operation and maintenance are simple and economical, and the service life is longer.
There are too many goods stored in large low-temperature cold storages. Once a refrigeration failure occurs and the refrigeration work stops, the loss is far more than that of a small cold storage. Therefore, when choosing a refrigeration unit, large cold storages will consider parallel units. Even if one of the refrigeration compressors fails, it will not affect the entire refrigeration system.
