Project summary:
1. According to customer requirements, the medical explosion-proof freezer is located in the immersion room of accessories-workshop (medicine valley), and the outdoor unit of the freezer is placed on the roof. The medical explosion-proof freezer is installed in a designated clean workshop that meets GMP requirements.
2. For the entire project, our company Haoshuang Refrigeration conducts cold storage design, construction, operation, maintenance or verification in accordance with China's GMP and relevant FDA and CGMP requirements.
3. The thermal insulation board in the cold storage installation of this project adopts Changzhou Jingxue outer 0.8mm/inner 0 6mm stainless steel 150mm thick polyurethane (PU) insulation board, B1 class flame retardant, ground anti-condensation treatment explosion-proof self-limiting heating wire , 5mm cement mortar leveling.
4. According to the customer's temperature requirements, the storage temperature in the medical explosion-proof freezer can be controlled between -20°C ~ -28*C and the temperature distribution is uniform, and the difference between the measurement points in the freezer does not exceed 5°C. Therefore, our refrigeration equipment adopts 2 sets of German Bitzer compressor hot fluorine defrost type box-type piston refrigeration units, and 2 sets of Italian LU-VE (stainless steel shell, motor explosion-proof, chassis explosion-proof heating film) of hot fluorine defrost type air cooler. , Refrigeration equipment adopts one use - two sets of systems.
5. The pharmaceutical explosion-proof freezer project was commissioned and completed in 2020, which fully complies with the original planned standards and requirements of GSP/GMP generation and management standards, and has successfully passed the completion acceptance. Acceptance passed.
