The construction and installation of the cold storage project is a systematic project, which is mainly divided into the installation of the storage board, the installation of the air cooler, the installation of the refrigeration unit, the installation of the refrigeration pipeline, the installation of the electric control system, and the debugging. Before these installation works, it is necessary to verify whether the cold storage equipment can meet the design requirements of the cold storage project, and then carry out specific construction and installation. For these devices, care must be taken during the handling process to prevent scratches on the storage board. How is the cold storage installed?
1. Installation of cold storage panel
Lock hooks and sealant are used to fix the cold room panel to achieve a flat warehouse body without a hollow feeling. After all the cold room panel are installed, adjust the flatness between the top and the bottom.
2. Air cooler installation
It is best to install the cooling fan in a location with the best air circulation. The air cooler should keep a certain distance from the storage board, which is generally greater than the thickness of the air cooler. For example, if the thickness of the air cooler is 0.5m, the minimum distance between the air cooler and the storage board must exceed 0.5m. After the cooling fan is installed, the hole should be sealed with a sealing strip to prevent cold bridges and air leakage.
3. Installation of refrigeration unit in cold storage
Before the installation of the refrigeration unit, you should choose what kind of refrigeration unit to install. Generally, small cold storages are equipped with fully enclosed refrigeration units, while medium and large cold storages are equipped with semi-closed refrigeration units. After the installation of the refrigeration unit is completed, it is necessary to install a matching oil separator and add an appropriate amount of machine oil. If the preset temperature of the cold storage is lower than minus 15°C, refrigeration oil should also be added. In addition, a shock-absorbing rubber seat should be installed at the bottom of the compressor, and a certain maintenance space should be left around for easy maintenance and inspection. Professional cold storage engineering companies have a certain degree of emphasis on the overall layout of the unit, and the color should be uniform, and the installation structure of each unit model should be consistent.
4.cold storage pipeline installation
The diameter of the pipeline must meet the design and use requirements of the cold storage, and keep a certain safe distance from each equipment, and the installation position also needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.
5. Installation of cold storage electric control system
Each connection point must be marked to facilitate future maintenance and testing; therefore, the wires must be fixed with binding wires; moisture-proof work must be done to prevent short circuits caused by water entering the wires.
6. Cold storage debugging
When debugging the cold storage, it is necessary to confirm whether the power supply voltage is normal. In many cases, the user calls for repairs because the voltage is unstable and cannot start the cold storage normally. Then check the opening and closing of the equipment and inject refrigeration into the liquid storage tank. agent, then run the compressor. Check whether the compressor is working normally, whether the power supply is working smoothly, and check the operation of each part after reaching the set temperature. After everything is normal, the commissioning work is over, and the cold storage engineering company submits the commissioning order to the user for final confirmation.
