Thickness: 150mm
The thickness of the thermal insulation PUF (polyurethane foam) board should be at least 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, a modular structure including wall panels and ceilings, and a “wood-free” structure. The panel shall consist of insulating material sandwiched between the inner and outer metal skins. There are tongues and grooves on the edge of the panel, and the cams are locked together to ensure an air-tight and steam-proof joint.
All panel insulation materials should be density polyurethane foam insulation materials. The polyurethane insulation materials specified here should be foamed and cured to a solid rigid state between the metal panel skins, with an average density of 40-43 kg/m². Polyurethane insulation should be both insect-proof and odor-proof. Structure and compliance with standards.
PUF (Polyurethane Foam) Injection Molded Board The interior and exterior wall panels and ceiling are made of the following materials.
Different thickness galvanized/PVC coated galvanized steel sheet.
Stainless steel S.S 304 different thickness inside and outside.
Non-slip aluminum gratings for floors of different thicknesses.
Used to assemble panel quick latch eccentric fasteners/double-effect cam locks, made of non-corrosive chrome plating, for fastening.
