The thickness of the thermal insulation PUF (polyurethane foam) board should be at least 100 mm, 125 mm, 150 mm, 200 mm, a modular structure including wall panels and ceilings, and a “wood-free” structure. The panel shall consist of insulating material sandwiched between the inner and outer metal skins. There are tongues and grooves on the edge of the panel, and the cams are locked together to ensure an air-tight and steam-proof joint.

All panel insulation materials should be density polyurethane foam insulation materials. The polyurethane insulation materials specified here should be foamed and cured to a solid rigid state between the metal panel skins, with an average density of 40-43 kg/m².
